We explain what to expect from your first inquiry to a free site visit and a clear proposal.
Step 2 — Review the details
- Determine whether a free site visit will help assess the property
- Confirm the site visit and project estimate are both free of charge
- Discuss relevant equipment, permitting and utility coordination requirements
Step 3 — Review the proposed scope
- Receive a description of the recommended work and assumptions
- Review pricing, inclusions, exclusions and any applicable change-order approach
- Approve the scope before work is scheduled or started
Our policy: All estimates and site visits are free of charge. There is no fee to have us visit your property and prepare a project quote. Repair, installation, materials or other approved work is priced separately and begins only after you approve the scope. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
