TERGRES Electric respects your privacy. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit tergres-electric.com or contact us about an electrical project.
Information you provide
If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, telephone number, service address or other project location details, description and attached photos. We use it to respond, evaluate project requests, coordinate estimates and communicate with you.
Until secure online submission is enabled, the project planner prepares a draft in the visitor's own email application. The website does not automatically send the draft to TERGRES Electric; you decide whether to send it through your email provider. Selected photos are not automatically attached to that draft. If secure online delivery is later enabled, the form will identify that mode and may transmit the submitted request and selected photos through TERGRES's form-processing and email delivery services so the team can respond.
Website and security information
Our web hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, connection records and security events to operate and protect the website. When online forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may perform an automated security check. Email delivery may be handled by our transactional email provider. Their processing is subject to their applicable policies.
How we use and share information
We use contact information to address inquiries, communicate about requested services, manage legitimate business records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell customer contact details. We share them only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver communications or support requested business activities, or when required by law.
Photos and sensitive information
Please send only photos relevant to your electrical project. Avoid including personal identification documents, financial account details, access credentials, unrelated people or other sensitive information in photos or descriptions.
Storage and retention
Messages and attachments may be retained in our business email and related systems for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. The preview-only project planner does not independently store submissions.
External links and future changes
Links that open your email application or an external service are subject to the service provider's own policies. We may update this notice as contact features and business systems develop; the revision date above will reflect changes.
